Management and Officials

The Board of Directors are volunteers elected by the membership. Each member has one vote regardless of his or her investment. The Board elects its own table officers and appoints various committees. The Supervisory Committee contracts annually with an independent certified public accounting firm to perform an audit of all credit union records. Additionally, operating procedures and financial statements are examined by the NCUA on a regular basis. The Board hires a President/CEO, who is responsible for the daily management of the credit union.
